Ms. Stuntz focuses on organization and talent strategy in the context of a corporate transaction or transformation.
Ms. Stuntz is a leader in Korn Ferry’s organizational strategy practice focusing on human capital/talent strategy, talent acquisition strategy, and the integration of the two.
Previously, Ms. Stuntz has more than 15 years of experience-- primarily with Deloitte Consulting working domestically and internationally-- that spans multiple industries and a variety of topics, including enterprise strategy, enterprise performance measurement, personnel performance management, governance and decision rights, workforce development, leadership development, executive facilitation, and complex program management.
Ms. Stuntz has a bachelors degree in psychology and criminology, with a French minor from The Ohio State University and a masters in public administration and public policy with a focus in international relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
She is an ISPI certified performance technologist and is proficient in a variety of languages, including French, Kiikaonde, IchiBemba, and has familiarity with Dari and Pashtu.
