He brings more than two decades of commercial experience in Asia and more than a decade of experience partnering with senior leaders in a variety of industries to heighten self-awareness as a foundation for leadership development, top team effectiveness, change management, risk management and diversity & inclusion.

Mike has a passion for people development and is a senior facilitator and experienced coach. He has an ability to crystalise complexity and transform abstract psychological and philosophical concepts into practical coaching applications that create change and deliver results.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mike ran his own consulting business for 6 years during which time he developed a proprietary personality inventory and foundational coaching framework that enables leaders and teams to better understand and intentionally manage their collective tendencies. 

Prior to that, he was the General Manager for a global coaching organisation for 8 years overseeing business development, product development and coaching operations in the region.

He has worked with clients from a variety of sectors including oil & gas, financial services, non-profit, education, media, retail and government.

He has led organisation-wide coaching programs on a national, regional and global scale for clients such as the Ministry of Education, a US Oil Major and a Singapore Government Linked Investment company.

He has also held senior leadership roles within companies such as Satcom Global and Experian.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys hiking, golf and volunteerism. He is the co-founder of a non-profit organisation whose mission is to serve the lesser-privileged children and youth in Singapore.

Mike is a business graduate from the University of East London, UK.
