Mike’s white glove approach to addressing the individual needs for each of his client has made for a seamless transition into a consulting career supporting organization across various industries. Mike brings valuable insights into market conditions and technology trends, which allows his clients to quickly access talent with desirable experts who compliment team culture.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mike served 8 years as a Director of Investor Relations at Cross Shore Capital Management, raising funds to launch new investment vehicles. Prior to his tenure at Cross Shore, Mike was the associate to the Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark (NASDAQ: NMRK) is a publicly traded subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald.

Mike earned his B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and was a Division I Baseball player at The George Washington University, Washington D.C.
