Mike Linell is a manager for Korn Ferry’s interim technology practice concentrated on supporting alternative investment firms in their search for engineering, data, cyber, digital, cloud, and AI/ML talent. 

Mike brings over 10 years of client relations experience and is a trusted advisor to several of the world’s top private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.

His background in investor relations and commercial real estate advisory has equipped him with the skills to connect with clients on a personal level to ensure a successful outcome that exceed expectations. Mike’s white glove approach to addressing the individual needs for each of his client has made for a seamless transition into a consulting career supporting organization across various industries. Mike brings valuable insights into market conditions and technology trends, which allows his clients to quickly access talent with desirable experts who compliment team culture.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mike served 8 years as a Director of Investor Relations at Cross Shore Capital Management, raising funds to launch new investment vehicles. Prior to his tenure at Cross Shore, Mike was the associate to the Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark (NASDAQ: NMRK) is a publicly traded subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald.

Mike earned his B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and was a Division I Baseball player at The George Washington University, Washington D.C.
