Mike Brothers is a Principal in the Korn Ferry’s Financial Services practice and a member of both the Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Private Markets Search teams.

He has spent over a decade advising investment banks focused on mergers & acquisitions, general corporate finance, restructuring, leveraged finance, corporate development and debt & equity capital markets. In addition, he advises investment firms in the Private Markets on their talent acquisition strategies.

Mike provides clients access to C-level executive recruitment as well as the full spectrum of Korn Ferry’s talent advisory capabilities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mike worked at a global executive search firm and lead a small team focused on recruiting investment banking and m&a deal professionals for Investment Banks and Private Equity funds.

Mike holds two Bachelor degrees in Political Science & English Literature from the University of Rhode Island.
