Mr. Martin's focus is to help clients address critical talent needs by understanding key issues and desired business outcomes. Mr. Martin has worked with many Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, franchising, retail, and healthcare. He has a broad range of knowledge in talent management strategy and consulting, leadership development, human resource issues and challenges, and learning and development processes.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2011, Mr. Martin spent five years at Career Systems International (CSI), where he led national and global talent initiatives to drive engagement and development.
Before joining CSI, Mr. Martin served as the director of business development at Cedar Interactive, a developer of custom online learning programs, where he led business development for clients in several industries.
Before joining Cedar Interactive, Mr. Martin was a business solutions consultant at Information Mapping, Inc., where he consulted with clients to address their content and knowledge management challenges for online and paper documentation.
Mr. Martin received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University College of Business.
