Ms. Venglar has sixteen plus years of experience working with clients across the entire continuum of care in healthcare services including partnering with healthcare clients in Not-for-Profit and For-Profit Healthcare systems, Academic Medical Centers, Children’s Hospitals, Private Practice Groups, Private Equity, and Publicly Traded sectors throughout North America.

Ms. Venglar is extremely well versed in professional search having worked in Healthcare, Life Science, Financial Services, Technology and Retail/Luxury goods and specializes in the finance function of search. She has been recognized repeatedly throughout her career for exceptional customer service including the CEO Award of Excellence in Client Satisfaction based on client feedback from Korn Ferry. 

Ms. Venglar brings tenacity, expertise, and a level of professionalism to each search engagement and consistently produces at the highest levels being known as a true consultant to her clients and candidates. Her client following, project managements, and level of repeat business are a testament to her success, client relationships and ability to deliver results.

Ms. Venglar completed her undergraduate studies from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. She majored in communications which has served well in her chosen profession.
