Prior to Korn Ferry Szamko co-founded and ran an advisory business, led the change and transformation practice of a leadership consulting firm, and managed transformation projects at a global strategy firm. Szamko has extensive experience coaching and advising leaders in complex multicultural settings and across industries including financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, energy, retail, and government sectors.

Monika’s expertise spans diverse areas, including strategy development, leadership development, culture and data-driven solutions.

Szamko holds a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
