Monika Szamko has extensive experience coaching and advising leaders across industries including financial services, technology, energy, pharmaceutical, retail, and government sectors.

Prior to Korn Ferry, she co-founded and ran a CEO advisory business, led the Change and Transformation practice of a leadership consulting firm, and led organizational strategy projects at a Big Three strategy consulting firm. 

Szamko led large scale culture change, organizational transformation, performance management and stakeholder alignment efforts in complex, multi-cultural settings.

Monika Szamko holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSBA from Northeastern University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Fluent in Hungarian and English, she is a  frequent guest lecturer on culture change and change readiness at the MIT Executive MBA Program and a speaker at other forums. She has published on the topics of organizational effectiveness and leadership.
