Monique Rutkowski is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s North American Industrial / Real Assets practice.

Monique is based in Chicago, IL and represents clients throughout North America and across a variety of Real Estate sectors to find and attract top-level professionals. She conducts thorough searches, leveraging Korn Ferry's extensive networks and her industry knowledge and network to identify, approach, and assess candidates. Monique facilitates the entire hiring process from strategy to final placement.

Monique is passionate about creating impactful connections between forward-thinking companies and talented leaders who drive innovation and success. She is committed to integrating seamlessly with her clients, operating as an extension of their organization to deliver personalized talent strategies that align with their strategic goals.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Monique was part of the Recruiting Leadership team at JLL, a top global commercial real estate and investment management firm. Over nearly five years, she built, led, and drove JLL’s Talent Acquisition strategy for its $2B Brokerage/Leasing business and functional partners across the United States. Monique executed unique talent strategies tailored to each specialized line of business and geographical market. She successfully led and engaged in many high-profile searches and talent programs for the firm, and the firm leveraged her recruitment strategies in other regions around the globe. 

Monique joins Korn Ferry with a unique blend of industry knowledge, talent expertise, and valuable relationships across North America. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an Emphasis in Management and a Certificate in Multicultural Studies from University of Missouri, Columbia.
