Monte Weirman

He has responsibility for leading an extraordinarily talented Executive Interim team and works directly with clients help them realize success. As a CPA and former business owner, he helps Korn Ferry’s clients by applying his business experiences to create pragmatic, customized solutions. Monte is most passionate about exceeding his client’s expectations and using his deep network to help connect people.

Monte joined Korn Ferry to help build its Interim Executive Practice which has since turned into one of Korn Ferry’s cornerstone practices. He has worked with clients from all industries supporting their strategic imperatives ranging from turnarounds and M&A to operational optimization.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Monte held leadership roles at a global professional services firm where he managed and mentored the sales and operations teams. He has also lived and worked abroad, in both London and Amsterdam, leading Client Services at an international consulting firm where he supported their clients’ finance and accounting initiatives.

Monte has a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Board Member for Mid Iowa Grain Inspection, a subsidiary of Switzerland based SGS SA. Additionally, he serves as an Executive Board member for the local council of Boy Scouts of America which serves over 10,000 area youth.
