Morgan is a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Morgan focuses on talent management solutions for her clients ranging from competency strategies & implementation, assessment solutions, succession planning & leadership development activities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Morgan designed & implemented innovative leadership development solutions at the professional services firm Deloitte.

Morgan has developed talent management, succession planning initiatives and leadership development solutions for executives, mid-level leadership and front-line leaders.

Morgan creates value for her clients by being a trusted talent management partner. Her goal is to partner with her clients to align their strategic business goals with their talent goals. Together, they create customized talent solutions to elevate leadership capabilities, assess and identify top talent, enhance employee performance and potential, identify key successors and drive employee engagement. With the goal of driving business results.

Morgan holds a B.A. in Communication from Texas A&M University.  She is certified in Korn Ferry’s intellectual property frameworks and associated assessment tools and methods.
