Morgan specializes in leadership advisory services working on a variety of bespoke talent and organizational strategy solutions including executive assessments, succession planning, leadership development, and leadership behavioral models.
Mrs. Sartin brings in-depth experience partnering with clients to create custom talent development solutions and experiences to bridge the talent gap between how to achieve success today while focusing on the future capabilities needed for tomorrow.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Sartin was a Leadership Development professional at the professional services firm Deloitte, where she developed innovative leadership development solutions for practitioners and engagement teams. Mrs. Sartin earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Communication from Texas A&M University.
