Musheer brings with him 14 years of HR consulting experience in the public and private sector. He has been advising marquee clients in the GCC region for more than 9 years.
Musheer possesses both solution design and implementation experience gained in consulting and internal HR roles. His solutions are robust, and implementation oriented.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Musheer has worked in an internal HR role with a leading multilateral development fund and in the HR Consulting practices of leading advisory companies.
His expertise lies in the areas of Organization Design, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Organization Culture Assessment, Talent Management, HR Strategy Design and HR Capability Building.
Musheer has led many large-scale organization transformation projects in the region for real estate developers, banking, payments, food manufacturing, research and development organizations.
Musheer has also led many corporate core design projects for holding companies which included defining target operating model, organization structure, work measurement, job design.
Musheer also led multiple projects in performance management domain such as creating balance scorecards, cascading KPIs to departments and employees. Additionally, he led engagements in workforce planning domain.
Musheer is an engineering graduate in Computer Science with master's degree in HR. He has done full time MBA in Human Resources from XLRI School of Management. He also holds CPTD credential from Association of Talent Development (ATD) and STMP credential from Talent Management Institute. He speaks English, Hindi and Urdu.
