Naji is an Principal in Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy team, with a deep expertise in designing and implementing complex transformation solutions for clients across the Middle East. He specializes in operating model and organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, talent management, and change management.

With a proven track record in driving transformation across sectors such as Public Services, Aviation, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Financial Services, Utilities, and Digital Government, he has led several high-impact projects, including the development of organization structures for a newly launched airline, an investment firm, a digital government regulator, among others.

He has also worked on the organizational structure, job family framework, and performance management systems for a global sovereign wealth fund, and led human capital strategy and job architecture projects in the social care and public sectors. 

Naji is well-versed in delivering tailored change management strategies and interventions for large-scale transformations, including banking and government procurement standardization.

His experience extends to designing and executing change management strategies for transformational initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption of new structures and behaviors. His strategic approach has helped public and private organizations successfully transition to new operating models while enhancing organizational performance.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Naji held a senior role at a Big-4 consulting firm and earned a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Decision Systems, from the American University of Beirut. He is a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and highly skilled in ADKAR and other behavioral change methodologies.
