Nancy has a deep knowledge and experience regarding Human Resources Management, which allows her to address the different challenges our clients face, providing business solutions focused on the local reality, without losing the regional and global perspective.
She has participated in multiple and diverse projects of job evaluation, compensation strategies, executive development, analysis and design of organizational structure models, development, assessments and performance processes. Nancy holds a Master in Business Administration from the IAE Business School of the Austral University. She is also a Coach, graduated from the University of Belgrano, having previously graduated as an Architect. She also deepened her knowledge by taking courses in HR Management (IAE), Job Evaluation, Diversity and Inclusion, Competencies in Korn Ferry, as well as others.
She has more than 20 years of experience in organizational consulting services, advising companies from different sectors, focusing on the energy, mining, telecommunications, financial and consumer goods industries, in local, regional, multinational and governmental entities. Her main experience is based on the implementation of job evaluation processes, compensation strategies, structure definition, performance management, development processes, and executive guidance in the creation of action plans related to issues inherent to organizational efficiency. She has also facilitated public and in-company seminars, among others. Prior to her dedication to consulting, Nancy has led Human Resources Departments for more than 10 years in large companies of the energy sector.
