Natasa Lukic is a seasoned management consultant who partners with senior executives to solve critical business needs by identifying and deploying top Interim Finance & Accounting talent solutions.
Natasa spent ~10 years with Deloitte, holding various leadership positions. Passionate about nurturing client relationships, she served federal and global commercial sector clients leading crisis and resilience efforts to reduce the financial and reputational impact associated with business disruptions and disasters. She also held a role as a Global Account Manager serving as a COO on high-growth client accounts. In this role, she partnered with global account leaders on crafting and delivering go-to-market strategy to execute complex financial and operational transformation programs with a focus on change management across the technology and consumer industry portfolio of clients.
She facilitated tailored training and working sessions with her C-suite clients and their teams to challenge them to transform their business role and strategy delivery while unlocking the talent potential and creating a pipeline of leaders.
She lends her time as a volunteer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and teaches Kindergarten Sunday Serbian Language School at Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Chicago.
Natasa holds a B.A. degree from Loyola University Chicago and a MHRM degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her two children.
