Her experience spans workforce transformation, organization design, talent strategy, competency frameworks, and change management across industries including financial services, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, and other industries. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations build future-ready workforces by connecting business strategy with talent and capability development.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Natchaya worked with leading global professional services firms across Southeast Asia. She has led the design and implementation of competency frameworks covering hundreds of roles, supported talent strategy development, facilitated executive alignment workshops, and delivered change management programs for major business and technology transformations.
Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Natchaya enjoys bringing diverse stakeholders together to build alignment and turn ideas into action. She believes that successful transformation happens when organizations create clarity around both where they are going and how their people will get there.
Natchaya holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and ICAgile Certified Professional.
