With nearly 20 years of experience spanning executive search, corporate talent acquisition, retained and contingent recruiting, recruiting operations, and talent leadership, Ned brings a comprehensive understanding of today's evolving technology talent market.
Throughout his career, Ned has successfully recruited and placed hundreds of technology professionals across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and analytics, ERP, digital transformation, and technology leadership functions. His search experience ranges from individual contributors and technical specialists to directors, vice presidents, and executive-level leaders.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry's Professional Search team, Ned served in leadership roles supporting talent acquisition delivery and operations for Korn Ferry’s North American Projects clients, partnering with recruiting teams and business leaders to drive executional excellence and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at scale.
Before Korn Ferry, Ned worked within Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), where he led technology recruiting initiatives across more than 50 North American locations. In addition to supporting high-volume hiring efforts, he managed a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for delivering hundreds of technology hires annually while leading searches for IT leadership positions across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Ned spent 5 years in IT agency recruiting with Modis and Innovative Staffing, specializing in direct-hire technology placements. During his final three years at Modis, he consistently ranked among the firm's top-performing recruiters nationally, earning recognition for his ability to identify and place high-demand technology talent across a broad range of industries.
