Mr Green's expertise lie in business transformation: working with clients to clarify their strategic objectives and priorities, putting in place organisational structures that support their delivery, and managing change to make sure business case benefits are realised and stand the test of time.
The ‘red thread' of all of Mr Green's work is helping organisations to identify and define business issues and address them through harnessing the power of their greatest asset - their people.
Mr Green brings over a decade of consulting experience, working with clients across the UK and globally. His main focus is partnering businesses to work and operate more effectively, typically through mid to long-term high impact engagements.
Mr Green has broad experience and has delivered work across a wide cross-section of people and organisational areas, including organisational effectiveness and design, change management, talent management, assessment and selection. He also has significant experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-profile transformation programmes.
