Ngee Key has a passion for helping people from all walks of life to develop themselves both personally and professionally. His zest for coaching evolves from having witnessed the transformation that can occur when individuals are able to identify, highlight and articulate their special skills and strengths. He brings a depth of experience that allow his clients to confidently manage challenges in various phases of their careers.

His coaching revolves around the philosophy that anything is possible, and people usually have more knowledge, resourcefulness, and talent to tap into.

Prior to working at Korn Ferry, Ngee Key has served as a Senior Career Coach in the government where he provide coaching services to the public and guiding them in their careers. Prior to working for the government, Ngee Key worked in a consulting firm as a senior consultant, specializing in career transition, executive coaching, and active life planning.

Ngee Key’s specialty is working with people who feel struck or are in transition and can help them in clarity, exactly what they want to do, identify blocks, issues, and patterns in their way, and offer proven ideas, resources, and action steps.

Ngee Key received a Bachelor of Business Management from Edith Cowan University, Australia. He also holds a CCMC (Certified Career Management Coaching) from “The Academies”. He is also a Catalyst Career Discovery Coach from Epitome, a Certified Career Facilitator from Workforce Singapore, and ACTA certified from IAL Singapore.
