As a Sales Director for Salo HR, he is responsible for helping the Minnesota market grow by hiring and onboarding new Business Development Directors.

Before moving into the Sales Director position, he spent 4 years as a Business Development Director, which has made him a great fit for his current role helping get new Business Development Directors off to a fast start. 

Prior to joining Salo, Nick spent 10 years with Ware Technology Services, an Atterro/Pro Staff Company as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Managing Director. The last 5 years of his time with Ware Technology Services he was responsible for leading and helping grow their engineering staffing practice primarily within the medical device industry. 

Nick lives in Woodbury, MN with his wife Sarah, and two daughters, Makenna, and Addison. He is very active in coaching his daughter’s soccer and basketball teams. If he has a free day from kid activities, you will most likely find him on a golf course or spending time with friends doing anything active. 

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
