In addition to HR, Nicole was apart of the Consumer and Retail Practice, where she was was responsible for managing client relations, delivering exceptional candidate experience and driving revenue within the practice.  Functional experience includes, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Nicole brings with her a decade of success, in both corporate and agency executive recruitment. She has held a variety of leadership positions during her career as an in-house corporate talent acquisition teammate, and as a team member with two prominent executive search firms.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, Nicole served as Vice President and Principal with a small boutique firm out of Chicago, where she was responsible for the Executive Consumer practice. In a previous role, she served as Managing Consultant for a global executive search firm, Korn Ferry and had accountability inside their Consumer and Retail function.  Before moving into executive search, Nicole held a number of leadership roles for a multi-billion dollar Grocery retailer, and a Global Consulting firm; serving as the in-house talent acquisition expert for both.\Nicole is a people first, results-oriented professional, with an outstanding track record of success throughout her career. She possesses strong strategic planning, communication, and creative problem-solving skills that have been developed throughout the course of her professional life. She has a passion for optimizing talent, creating exceptional client relationships, delivering world class candidate experiences, and driving positive change throughout the entire Client engagement.

Her areas of expertise include; human capital strategy, execution, and business development. She has spent multiple years inside the Consumer and Retail practice and possesses a deep knowledge of C-suite and Senior Leadership search. She has served the needs of Clients both domestic and global; including large corporations and smaller start-ups.

Nicole’s experience is complimented with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Florida.  When Nicole is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt; her two stepdaughters, Taylor and Madison and recently expanded her family with Grayson Matthew.  She loves spending time at the beach, reading, cooking, and traveling, let’s not forget her love for Orangetheory.  Nicole and her husband reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
