Nikki is curious and creates positive challenge to cut to the core of her client’s problems and tackles them in a down to earth pragmatic way. She brings energy, compassion and a can-do attitude and particularly enjoys connecting the dots, building strong relationships and designing bespoke programmes for the courageous leader.

She began her career as a leadership and learning practitioner successfully running her own company for 17 years before moving into consultancy.  She worked for a boutique leadership consultancy for several years, before spending the last 4 years at one of the big four.

Nikki holds multiple psychometric accreditations, is an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer, she is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is just completing her EMCC Senior Practitioner Coaching accreditation.
