Nikki’s expertise lies in designing and delivering comprehensive senior leadership development programmes, building top team effectiveness, executive coaching and transforming culture through leadership. She holds broad, cross-sector experience, applied to fast-paced global organisations and industries.

She is passionate about building both capability and confidence, enabling leaders and teams to make a difference, quickly, where it matters.

Her experience as a leader of client facing project teams, coupled with extensive consulting expertise, ensures that Nikki provides practical and realistic solutions to clients. Partnering with them to understand the leadership and organisational levers needed to drive performance in their business.

She has designed and facilitated executive leadership and high potential interventions and coaching at a global and regional level for organisations such as Google, GSK, ISS, Fidelity and the UK Government.

Nikki holds a BSc in Psychology and is fully certified in delivering Experience-Innovation™ in Design Thinking, and the Korn Ferry’s suite of Leadership Accelerators and Leading Inclusion programs.
