Norman leads the Greater China business line, overseeing organizational diagnostics, executive search, and leadership development. He is also a member of the firm’s core management team.

With over 14 years of experience at Korn Ferry, Norman was previously a Senior Partner and Managing Director of China Professional Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for Greater China. He managed a team of 300+ and supported over 50 companies, driving Korn Ferry’s business growth in China by more than threefold. His expertise spans business development, executive search, and recruitment project management. Norman’s clients include industry leaders such as Apple, PwC, China Investment Corporation, AstraZeneca, Uber, and NIO.

Before rejoining Korn Ferry, Norman founded a talent consulting firm, helping Chinese companies expand globally.

Born in Shanghai and educated in Japan and the US, Norman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Legal Studies from UC Berkeley. His extensive cross-cultural experience and over 10 years in talent consulting enable him to provide tailored, strategic solutions for clients in the rapidly evolving global talent market.
