Mr. Zhou oversees the strategic direction and is responsible for the overall performance and of Korn Ferry’s RPO and Professional Search Business across mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
With over 13 years of experiences in recruitment, Mr. Zhou’s expertise covers the full spectrum of service delivery, including recruitment model design, implementation & continuous improvement, change management and technology. He has also successfully executed employer brand, talent acquisition diagnosis, social media strategy and other recruitment consulting projects for numerous clients.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Zhou has led business development, managed the firm’s Shanghai Talent Delivery Center, and led execution of many large-scale recruitment solutions across multinational and China enterprises in a number of industries including consumer, high-tech, industrial and real estate.
Originally from Shanghai, Mr. Zhou was raised in Japan and holds a bachelor’s degree with double majors in both Economics and Legal Studies from University of California, Berkeley.
