Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Noureddine brings 11 years’ experience of developing and building trusted client relationships from several leading international Executive Search Companies, where he had been a client partner in the practice unit industrial. Prior to that he was a consultant with an international search for almost  7 years. During this tenure he was responsible for all search and succession planning activity for Executive, Non-Executive and functional roles within the industrial sector in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Noureddine started his career in 2010 in an executive search boutique, where he was the Head of Research.

During his career he gained valuable experience and specialized within various manufacturing industries across Germany, with a focus on middle management positions in operations, general management and engineering.

He studied at the University of Applied Sciences  in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) with a Master’s degree in Business Economics with a major in Supply Chain Management. Noureddine is bilingual in German and Moroccan (Tamazight), with fluent English.
