Based on more than 20 years of experience in management and executive search, I support my clients with the right talent solutions.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large multinational corporations, private equity-backed firms, and rapidly growing startups.

Due to my clear industry focus on Automation & IoT, Defense & Space, Electrical & Electronics, Energy and Manufacturing I support leadership with concise insights and tailored solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry I was Managing Director of a renowned Executive Search Firm in Germany. During my career in the industrial sectors I held roles as General Manager of an electronics development services company as well as Head of Sales of a manufacturer of electrotechnical components.

I strive to deliver the best advice to my clients for management as well as senior expert roles in General Management, Finance, Sales, HR, Operations as well as R&D.

I hold a degree as Diplom-Kaufmann as well as an MBA from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg. I am a native German speaker and fluent in English and Portuguese.
