Mr. Boulard mainly focuses on helping CEOs and Boards managing succession for critical roles, starting with the one of the CEO itself.
His approach usually covers a thorough review of the future strategic context, of the organisation and governance evolution requirements, and of the internal and external talent bench quality. His innovative yet actionable way to make the link between strategy, organisation and leadership enables him to support Boards and CEOs in making the best decisions for business continuity and sustainable strategy execution.
Mr. Boulard has served many European clients from different industries in various contexts such as: CEO succession preparation, Top Team renewal, Merger, Acquisition, IPO, Strategy shift, etc.
Mr. Boulard started his consultant career in 2001 with A.T. Kearney on business strategy and organisation design assignments. He then joined the Delta practice of Oliver Wyman and specialised in Organisation Transformation, supporting executive teams in leading organisational and cultural change.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Boulard spent 10 years in two different global search firms where he contributed to the development of their leadership consulting businesses and ran their EMEA Leadership Consulting teams.
He started his career in the Arts, managing opera productions in the Théâtre du Châtelet - Paris, before producing an aquatic circus show for four years.
