As Korn Ferry’s ESG Sustainability & DE&I Solutions Leader in France, Olivier works across practices & solutions to conduct organization-wide transformations around purpose, leadership mindsets, operating models, required skills, culture and governance.

Olivier has a track record of creating value for his clients with more than 450 missions as an independent consultant in purpose-led innovation and strategy for 5000 senior leaders in10 different sectors and as many geographies.

Olivier is a recognized expert in FMCG. Before joining Korn Ferry, he was Senior External Advisor at Bain & Company on Innovation Practices, Brand Portfolio Strategy and Sustainability for the Global FMCG and ESG Practices.

His interest in Sustainability-driven performance dates back 30 years and culminated in a 10-month assignment as the Global Head of Corporate Sustainability at Henkel advising the Management Board and Sustainability Council.

Olivier also worked with global companies and start-ups on Nature-based climate solutions and the Water Nexus.

Previously, Olivier was a global leader at Reckitt, one of the most respected firms in the FTSE 100, first as SVP in charge of Global Category Development and global portfolio strategy and then as SVP for the DACH and Eastern European Region.

Olivier holds a Master in Management from HEC business school in Paris, and speaks French, English & German.
