Orhun is based in KF’s Amsterdam office, working as a client partner and leading the Netherlands Total Rewards business. He works with clients across EMEA to help them solve their organizational challenges.
Orhun is leading projects with integrated solutions including total rewards strategy & design, job architectures, performance management design, organization & operating model design and workforce planning.
Orhun has worked across EMEA with global and regional companies in many sectors. He has spent a considerable time working within Industrials (Manufacturing, Energy, O&G), Tech (Telcos, System Integrators) and Financial Services (Banks, Asset Management companies, Insurance companies) clients across different solutions that KF provides.
Orhun has served clients with global footprint in EMEA, US & APAC in multiple solutions. Some of his recent projects include:
- Reward segmentation and variable pay design at a trading company
- Incentive design for multiple BUs at an Energy company
- Job architecture design, reward strategy, variable pay model design and performance model at a Telco company
- Organization design and workforce planning at a financial services company
- Organization design at an automotive industry supplier
He holds a mechanical engineering degree at Bogazici University. He contributes to HR communities within EMEA as a thought leader.
