Pablo Golfari

He leads senior search efforts for select organizations and manages a team of specialist search consultants across North America in Industrial, Lifesciences, Financial Services and Technology Markets. Mr. Golfari’s and his team’s work are focused on retained search projects in North America; these roles often have global reporting responsibilities.

Pablo has over 18 years of executive search experience with Korn Ferry.  He joined Korn Ferry’s Southeastern offices Atlanta/Miami as Senior Associate in 2008 and has been promoted multiple times to roles of increasing responsibility. He serves in the Industrial Market Leader role since 2019, and Markets Leader and member of the Executive Leadership Team since 2025.

Pablo specializes in General Management, Commercial, Technical-R&D, Operations-related executive and senior leadership roles functions. He focuses on Industrial clients (Chemicals, Performance Materials, Constructions Materials, Packaging, Paper and Forest, Mining & Metal products) and the Global Supply Chain & Operations Practice- including Engineering and R&D.  Pablo and his team work with large multinational organizations as well as smaller private companies. He and his team lead single and multiple concurrent search assignments with national scope, as well as complex cross-border international assignments.

His work spans large Fortune 1000 multinational companies, as well as smaller organizations conducting business across the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Pablo Golfari has worked across executive search and talent solutions, third party logistics, retailing, high-valuables security and logistics, energy, life sciences services, industrial manufacturing and financial services industries.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Pablo held leadership positions in a global specialty logistics company (Ocasa) based in Miami and spent over five years with ExxonMobil in its Southern Cone (South America) Fuels Marketing/Retailing Division – Downstream Energy commercialization and distribution, based in Argentina.

Mr. Golfari has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management Science from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Economics and Operations-Research from Columbia University in the city of New York,.

Mr. Golfari is fluent in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
