




Pam Mudge is a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry, where she helps build the firm’s Interim and Project practice across the Pacific Northwest, connecting organizations with experienced leaders who can drive critical business initiatives.
Pam partners with organizations navigating transformation, growth, and change, helping them access highly accomplished interim executives and project leaders who deliver immediate impact. Known for her consultative and relationship-driven approach, she works closely with clients to align leadership expertise with strategic priorities, enabling organizations to execute on their most important objectives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Pam built a distinguished career advising organizations on talent needed to execute business transformation strategy. She held senior roles with a leading global talent advisory and executive search firm, where she partnered with Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed organizations, and high-growth enterprises to address complex challenges. Her experience spans functional interim, and project-based talent solutions, with a focus on helping organizations successfully navigate periods of change.
Pam is a strong advocate for advancing women in leadership. She previously served as Co-Chair of her former organization’s Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group and has participated in leadership panels supporting the advancement of women in business. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Media Financial Management Association (MFM), where she is a member of the Nominating Committee and contributes to the organization’s Women in Leadership initiatives. Pam also serves as Executive Secretary on the Board of Make-A-Wish Oregon.
