Patricia Helbig has more than 10 years’ experience in executive search, where she has successfully served clients in the Industrial Market, in the Automotive, Energy, Infrastructure and Diversified Manufacturing sector.
As Managing Director RPO and Professional Search, she is responsible for the Business Development, supporting client management and solution architecture in services lines such as: Single and Multi Search, Projects and RPO’s to the entire Region.
Her work is focused not only on Mexican based businesses but those with European and other national interests in the region – utilizing her bilingual, bi-cultural fluency.
Ms. Helbig brings to the firm more than 20 years of Diversified Manufacturing and Automotive industry experience and is Leading the Agribusiness and Chemicals sector of the Industrial Practice at Korn Ferry.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Helbig held positions in recognized Fortune 500 companies.
Her professional background encompasses extensive business experience in positions of Project and Sales Management, Key Account Management and Business Development. She has also been trained in lean manufacturing, quality systems and project management.
Ms. Helbig is a certified leadership Coach by the Interamerican Coaching Academy (AIAC) and holds a degree in Commercial and Business Management from the Handelskammer Hamburg in Germany. She is fluent in English and Spanish and native in German.
