Patricia Helbig

As Senior Client Partner, she leads business development across all Korn Ferry lines of business, with a primary focus on the Industrial sector.

Previously, she served for 10 years as Managing Director for RPO in Mexico and Central America, overseeing business development, client management, and solution design across the region.

Her work is focused on local, regional, and global businesses with an interest in the region, leveraging her trilingual and bi-cultural fluency derived from her German heritage. She brings to the firm over 20 years of experience in the Diversified Manufacturing and Automotive industries.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Helbig held positions within renowned Fortune 500 companies.

Her professional journey spans diverse roles in Project and Sales Management, Key Account Management, and Business Development, reflecting her extensive business expertise. Additionally, she has received training in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and project management, showcasing her comprehensive skill set.

Ms. Helbig is a certified leadership Coach accredited by the Interamerican Coaching Academy (AIAC) and holds an executive coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She earned her degree in Commercial and Business Management from the Handelskammer Hamburg in Germany, enhancing her academic foundation.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Helbig is a native German speaker, enabling her to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
