Patrick is a Senior Principal and team leader in Korn Ferry’s Assessment and Succession practice. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Patrick manages large scale engagements for Korn Ferry’s marquee clients. He helps business leaders and HR professionals maximize the potential of their people using research-based approaches to leadership development, assessment, and team effectiveness.
As a leadership consultant, Patrick specializes in working with senior leaders to build self- awareness. He has a reputation for listening astutely and helping crystalize insights that spark change.
In addition to his client-facing work, Patrick manages a team of Consultants and is responsible for their growth and development in the firm.
Patrick completed a Master’s in Business Administration at NYU Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Leadership and Change Management. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Minnesota, focused on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
