Patrick carries over 14 years of Aerospace and Defense experience, which include eight years of consultative search experience and six years of supply chain and sales experience with Safran, one of the world's largest aircraft cabin interior manufacturers. Patrick's experience in both search and manufacturing environments allow him to understand the client's viewpoint to implement efficient and effective search strategies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Patrick worked for a leading executive search firm where he was responsible for client development and talent delivery across supply chain, operations, sales, engineering, quality, and program management functions.

Mr. Whittaker's clients include Fortune 500 Government Contractors, along with public, private equity, and family-owned aircraft component manufacturers, distributors, and MROs.

Prior to his professional search career, Mr. Whittaker worked for Safran, where he was responsible for the procurement and logistics functions of the supply chain department. He was later promoted to Account Manager, where he managed a team of inside sales representatives and was responsible for Safran's largest accounts, consisting of manufacturers, airline operators, distribution centers, and part 145 repair stations.

Mr. Whittaker earned his Bachelor's of Science in Management from Jacksonville State University.
