Paul Ferri is an experienced industry veteran and former attorney serving as a Managing Consultant on the Interim Legal team.
Throughout his career, Paul has partnered with companies ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 20 global enterprises, advising business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and building high-performing teams.
Before transitioning into recruiting and consulting, Paul practiced law in private practice, representing clients across a range of legal matters and gaining firsthand insight into the demands of the legal profession. That experience provides a valuable foundation for his current work in legal recruiting, enabling him to understand the priorities, challenges, and nuances faced by attorneys, law firms, and in-house legal departments.
Paul partners with corporate legal teams, firms, and legal professionals to identify talent solutions that align with both business objectives and long-term career goals. By combining legal expertise with years of recruiting and consulting experience, he serves as a trusted advisor who understand both practice of law and the evolving legal market.
Paul holds a B.A. in Political Science, History, and American Studies from Miami University as well as a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
