Paul has over 27 years of experience working in leadership positions at leading advisory firms and internally for large organizations in HR business partner and organizational development roles.
Paul holds a PhD and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with MBTI and Situational Leadership certifications.
