Associate Client Partner, Organization Strategy
Paul is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice. He is based out of Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office and lives in the Nashville, TN area.
Paul is an outcome-focused practitioner who partners with clients in aligning organizational choices that drive differentiation in the marketplace.
As an organization design expert, Paul has led domestic and international organization transformation projects working closely with executive teams from Fortune 500 to small non-profits.
As a change management expert, Paul has led large-scale system and program implementation initiatives from design to execution.
Paul has over 27 years of experience working in leadership positions at leading advisory firms and internally for large organizations in HR business partner and organizational development roles.
Paul holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University, and BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, has certifications in MBTI and Situational Leadership, and is an Adjunct Professor at Avila University in the MSOD and MBA programs.
