His experience spans the full transformation lifecycle - from diagnostic and design through implementation and change adoption - ensuring solutions are both strategically sound and operationally practical.
Paul brings a distinctive perspective shaped by both consulting and internal HR leadership roles, including experience in complex and unionized environments and supporting workforce transitions in operational settings. His cross-sector experience spans energy and utilities, industrials, healthcare and life sciences, and financial services, with a focus on complex, regulated, and asset-intensive environments. This breadth enables him to bring leading practices and insights into industrial transformation contexts.
Paul holds a PhD and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with certifications in MBTI and Situational Leadership.
