Paul has over 27 years of experience working in leadership positions at leading advisory firms and internally for large organizations in HR business partner and organizational development roles.
Paul holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University, and BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, has certifications in MBTI and Situational Leadership, and is an Adjunct Professor at Avila University in the MSOD and MBA programs.
