Her transition to Korn Ferry marks the culmination of a long career developing talent at scale.
Paula holds a degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a certified Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
