Paula has operated across the entire ecosystem of professional consulting services, having impeccably served clients as an independent practitioner, as the Human Capitalist for a successful management consulting start up, and as a leader in multiple Big 4 business consulting firms. Her transition to Korn Ferry marks the culmination of a long career developing talent at scale.
Paula holds a degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a certified Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Paula also participates in several professional associations including Association for Talent Development (ATD), Organizational Development New York (ODNY), and The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
