Mr. Lambert leads the European workforce transformation and planning services of Korn Ferry. He has over 18 years of consulting experience across leading international management consultancies. Previously, he has led the workforce services of PA Consulting Group. He has led consultancy teams in global clients, line managed consultant staff groups and led service development teams.
He has led the design of the workforce framework and career paths for engineering, project management, IT, and transport planning for Transport for London as the basis of workforce planning.
Mr. Lambert's specializations are in workforce strategy and planning, enabling organizations to proactively source and manage the workforce required to deliver business strategy and plans. He also works in talent resource management, identifying how best to deliver productivity from current workforce, and match development and succession to future needs.
Mr. Lambert also specializes in leadership and management development, developing programs to improve people performance. His experience includes leadership and management development approaches and delivery of comprehensive management and capability development programs.
Mr. Lambert has a masters in organizational development from Sheffield Hallam University. He also has a B.A. (Honours) in engineering with management studies from Cambridge University.
