He has partnered with some of the most admired companies in the world on people strategy, global engagement, performance management, talent and leadership development, employee value proposition, global total rewards strategy, people analytics and HR transformation.
He has extensive experience in domestic and global client relationship management, building trusted advisor relationships grounded in advocacy, thought leadership and service.
Paul serves as a strategic advisor, helping clients align talent strategy with business strategy to drive company performance. He is an experienced leader with a broad and varied background in multiple areas of human capital, with specific emphasis on helping organizations understand and leverage their unique employee value proposition and culture.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Paul was a Partner and Senior Account Executive at Aon where he managed large, global client relationships. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Senior Client Manager at Mercer where he led key account relationships and was a Talent & Rewards consulting practice leader.
Paul holds a BA in International Economics from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
