Skip to main contentPeary (Chavisa) Ratiwat has joined Korn Ferry in 2022 as a Total Reward and Organizational Strategy Consultant, based in Oslo. She advises local (i.e., Nordics) and global organizations on organizational and reward strategies across energy, industrial, technology, professional services, and retail sectors.
She helps large global organizations transform talent practices by establishing career architectures to enhance career development and mobility, optimizing compensation, and increasing transparency. She designs comprehensive reward solutions, including total reward strategies, incentive designs, executive compensation, and governance; provide actionable recommendations to board and C-suite executives. She also participated on developing Korn Ferry point of view on pay transparency, supporting go-to-market strategies to enhance compensation transparency and ensure regulatory compliance.
She is passionate about strategy and problem-solving: analysing data and business challenges, developing frameworks & models, visualizing and communication complex insights to enable clients' data-driven decision-making.
Prior to Korn Ferry, she managed cross-collaboration projects in leading financial group. Activities ranges from from M&A, pricing strategy design, innovative loans to strategic partners evaluation. She also worked in startups / technology firms to increase her exposure.
Peary moved to Norway in 2019 for a full scholarship to join a master program in strategy. Her research focuses strategy, social startups, and how tolerance towards failure affects organizational innovation. She has an undergraduate degree in Finance, where she has joined international case competitions and completed an exchange semester at UT Austin. In addition to being fluent English and Thai, Peary is improving her Norwegian and German to reach a full professional proficiency.
