Mr. Van Hattum joins Korn Ferry from Gallup where he served as Senior Managing Consultant focusing on human capital strategies including selection, culture, succession planning, organizational identity, employee and customer experience and leadership development.
Peter has worked extensively with leading Healthcare organizations to help solve their most challenging business problems and drive organic growth.
Prior to this role, Mr. Van Hattum held consulting and leadership positions at IBM, where he oversaw business development efforts nationally for the organization with a focus in selection, engagement, and leadership development. His consulting services helped organizations maximize performance through Human Capital.
He also has extensive consulting experience with focus in culture optimization, employment branding, patient engagement and talent management.
Mr. Van Hattum holds a Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing from The University of South Carolina.
