Senior Client Partner, North America
Petey Firestone is a Senior Client Partner in Organizational Strategy for Korn Ferry, bringing over 20 years of experience and expertise in culture, communications, and change management; talent and organizational strategy; and human resource transformation from roles inside industry as well as professional services consulting.
Ms. Firestone has worked with C-suite to frontline clients in multiple industries, including healthcare, private equity, aerospace and defense, technology, entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing, aviation, and public safety. Some of her past work experience and clients include Kaiser Permanente, Virgin America, Edward Jones, Hewlett Packard, The Walt Disney Company, Nike, Aetna, Kellogg, ebay, Ingram Micro, and the Los Angeles County Fire Department. She has deep expertise in talent and people strategy, change management and culture, DE&I assessment, HR transformation and effectiveness, executive coaching, and performance management.
Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Ms. Firestone was a Senior Manager with Accenture Strategy in their Talent and Organization practice. Preceding that role, she was Vice President of Organization Development at Nintendo. She has also worked for IBM Global Business Consulting, at Los Angeles County Fire Department, and at UCLA Health hospitals and clinics.
She is experienced and certified in various Korn Ferry IP, processes, and assessments for competency framework, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and executive coaching. She is also certified in Situational Leadership II and Covey Leadership; talent, interpersonal, conflict, negotiation, and culture assessments.
Ms. Firestone received her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, California. She is a Registered Nurse, certified in trauma and critical care.
She is a 20+-year volunteer with Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, California.
