I have been with Korn Ferry since 2007. Before joining KFI, I have worked across various roles within the Shared Delivery Center in Pilsen. Over the years, I have led several data processing teams and have also served as an HR manager for over a decade, leading the HR function. This diverse experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR, compensation, and organizational structures.
I hold a master’s degree in managerial economy, which provides a strong foundation for my expertise in HR, compensation, and organizational structures.
