She has worked with Fortune 500 companies across several different industries (consumer goods, healthcare, technology, finance, aerospace and manufacturing among others), and partnered with leaders across the U.S., Europe, China, Latin America, South Asia, and the Middle East.

One of her core strengths lies in integrating people issues with business strategy and leveraging her expertise as a psychologist to create successful leadership and business development outcomes.

Punita’s purpose is to empower leaders to strive for excellence and elevate their game in various dimensions of leadership and business. She helps leaders create a level of awareness that brings about lasting transformation, both within themselves as well as for those they influence. She enables leaders to be centered, allowing them to maintain clarity and perspective even in challenging situations.

Her approach is personal, compassionate, and centered in the relationship she cultivates with her leaders. She brings candor and insight to her conversations to illuminate blind spots and provide tools that enhance leaders’ abilities to drive business results. She is also an avid reader who stays current on books, research, and industry trends that empower her clients to make informed and relevant decisions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Punita worked for leading advisory firms and gained extensive experience in assessing and coaching executives and senior leadership for selection and succession planning, leadership development, and driving performance and strategic excellence.

Punita holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Indiana University Bloomington with a specialization in Business Consulting from the Kelley School of Business.
