Purbita Banerjee is the Senior Vice President of Product Management of Korn Ferry Digital and Recruiting Process Outsourcing. 

Purbita is an accomplished Digital Transformation leader in the Talent Acquisition and Management space. She architects the strategy for Korn Ferry’s digital suite.

She has successfully launched innovative solutions in the Talent management space, solving critical challenges faced by Fortune 1000 companies. She has set up Talent Analytics and Big Data Labs to cultivate innovation and identify new tools to resolve the toughest talent challenges.

She has been a speaker for Human Capital Institute on AI-based recruiting tools to explore the impact on candidate experience. She has been on the panel recently to discuss AI tools and application to Talent Management in BDI’s AI Roundtable.

She has over 15 years experience in building cutting edge people solutions and has developed and managed solutions across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development. Specifically, she has led the innovation on a global recruiting technology solution that touches millions of candidates worldwide, psychometric assessment solutions, machine learning/AI tools for Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement, AI based resume screening solutions in high volume recruitment.

She has worked with progressive client organizations to lead the way on end-to-end skill transformation and enabling build or buy decisions on skills. She has activated learner journeys for the highest adoption and behavior changes.

She also speaks at various diversity & inclusion conferences, women’s leadership networks to help diverse talent maximize their potential.

Purbita holds a Masters in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
