Mr. Raimondi began his career a Senior Analyst within supply chain. As a Senior Analyst he has worked, alongside the company board, on a number of major transformation projects (production, logistics, distribution and digital traceability).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry he was a director in an executive search boutique firm and has partnered with leading organisations internationally across the energy, industrial manufacturing, and professional services, with a particular emphasis on operations (asset productivity, operational excellence, process safety, capital project management and 4.0 industry).

Mr. Raimondi joined Korn Ferry’s Energy practice in June 2016.  He has undertaken a wide range of searches internationally at  all levels of functional, technical and financial appointments, partnering with utilities, integrated energy companies, investors and portfolio companies as they navigate a disrupted energy value chain.

He is also working with a number of newcomers and ‘challenger brands’ supporting leadership teams implement optimal strategic organisational designs and building effective cultures.

He is part of the Korn Ferry Global Energy Transition practice and co-authored a white paper on “The transition to a lower carbon economy: What does this mean for talent, leadership, and organizational behaviours”.

Raffaello holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna. In addition to his native Italian, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
