Rag works with organisations to understand their leadership and cultural challenges and to design and deliver optimal strategic leadership and talent development solutions.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Rag ran her own Coaching business, providing executive coaching to senior leaders in both private and public sector.
Prior to that, Rag held a number of senior HR roles at Rolls-Royce plc, leading leadership development and strategic talent/ OD initiatives across the organisation globally.
Rag led the culture change agenda during a significant restructure with challenging cost and productivity targets. This involved running top 100 global conferences, facilitation of Action Learning Sets and large scale change engagement programmes which enabled systemic collaboration and mobilisation.
She also worked as a senior change partner and team coach to a number of leadership teams (including the CEO and C-suite) building and facilitating team development journeys which made significant shifts in thinking, dynamics and team performance.
