Rehana Dharani serves as Health Systems and Academic Managing Consultant for the Healthcare Practice of Korn Ferry’s Professional Search business, consulting with Academic Medical Enterprises, Health Systems, and Hospitals across the nation to recruit and retain senior level clinical and non-clinical executives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Dharani has been in the healthcare space for over a dozen years and a key founder of a healthcare national executive search firm, where she managed and led senior leadership engagements across the healthcare spectrum. In addition, she has extensive experience with clinical, and operational roles with heavy focus in the cardiac and cancer space partnering with NFP, FP, and AMC systems across the nation. 

Ms. Dharani strives to communicate effectively, display empathy, and authenticity in her approach. She fully understand clients' needs to seek out diverse candidates that best fit each search. Her drive for work stems from a career in healthcare, supporting non-profit organizations in improving their processes, and collaborating with leaders to improve workplace environments. 

Her experiences have given her firsthand insight of what the leadership shortage implies for her client partners. She incorporates critical thinking skills to solve client challenges and manages the relationship in a collaborative manager through transparency, consistency, and strategic thinking.

Ms. Dharani completed her Master of Arts in Education and Human Development in the Field of Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University in DC in 2023. She also holds a CPC certification (certified personnel consultant) and is a Board Member for a non-profit organization in south Dallas.
