She currently leads an organization of specialized search consultants in the emerging executive leader segment across US & Canada serving Consumer clients in the following sectors: Consumer Products & Services, Retail, Travel/Hospitality/Leisure, Media & Entertainment and Sports/Women in Sports. Renee and team have deep experience finding talent across multiple functions such as finance & accounting, HR & talent acquisition, sales, marketing & digital, technology, supply chain & operations. 

Renee brings over 30 years of experience in the talent industry and is known for her consultative approach with clients. In addition to talent recruitment, she has helped multiple organizations align on issues such as strategic planning, organizational structure, rewards & benefits and talent assessments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held multiple executive leadership roles at a Fortune 500 Global Talent & Consulting firm that grew from $500M to over $6 Billion in revenue during her tenure. She played a pivotal role in scaling their enterprise account operations from $500M to over $1.2B.

Renee has a proven history of cultivating strategic client partnerships across industries such as Consumer, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.

She is passionate about leadership development, mentoring high-achieving veterans transitioning to civilian careers over the years. She has also served on the board of NGSA, an organization focused on nurturing young athletes.

Renee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shippensburg University and completed executive education at The Wharton School. She is also a certified executive coach, recognized for her expertise in leadership development and strategic business growth.
