Mr. Shea is Global Managing Director, Projects at Korn Ferry, based in London. In this role, he leads the firm's Projects business globally across North America, South America, EMEA, Asia and ANZ, partnering with organisations to deliver strategic talent solutions that support growth, transformation and competitive advantage.
With more than 30 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management and workforce solutions, Mr. Shea has collaborated with clients across the technology, telecommunications, consumer, retail, life sciences and professional services sectors. He has extensive experience helping organisations attract, assess and retain critical talent while building high-performing leadership and functional teams.
Mr. Shea has led a broad range of engagements, from senior executive searches and leadership hiring initiatives through to large-scale, multi-country talent projects across the UK, EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. He works closely with clients on talent strategy, workforce planning, talent mapping, organisational transformation and business expansion initiatives.
A specialist in building talent solutions at scale, Mr. Shea has significant experience supporting clients through digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, new market entry and growth programmes. He has also been instrumental in developing and expanding Korn Ferry's global Projects capability, delivering complex talent solutions for organisations across multiple industries.
Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Shea held a number of senior leadership positions within executive search and talent solutions businesses, including leading European recruitment teams and serving as part of the management team of a start-up executive search consultancy.
