In his role, he is accountable for client success across the customer life cycle including pre-sales, delivery excellence and delivering customer value for Korn Ferry’s Digital portfolio. He drives successful deployments for large scale engagements in strong collaboration with Advisory Consulting and Regional account leaders to foster a unified engagement approach for One Korn Ferry.

Rodrigo is an accomplished Human Resources and Client Leader and brings over 15 years of experiences with HR solutions and function, engaging with international customers across industries. He held various leadership positions, most recently leading the Delivery Team in South America to support strategic customers and account teams through their Employee Experience and Talent Management transformation journey and drive adoption of Korn Ferry platforms.

He has been instrumental in building Client Success and Integrated Solution at Korn Ferry, with a unique approach and One Korn Ferry vision and had various roles in his journey across the firm.

Rodrigo is passionate in bringing diverse teams together across development, product management, consulting and sales to structure and solve complex business transactions. He is an expert in transforming organizations and global enterprise engagements.

Rodrigo holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.

He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
